How does my client/customer receive their $20 Visa Card?

Either by mail 30 days after receipts are received and approved or they can have their own personal Visa credited 24 to 48 hours after receipts are received and approved.

After I register online do I need to send in my certificate along with the refundable registration fee?

You must send in a your signed registration form along with your $15.95 US or $15.95 Canadian registration fee postmarked within 10 days from the date you registered the certificate online.  Your envelope must be postmarked to reflect this, but you do not have to send in your certificate.

Can I send multiple receipts for purchases on the same day?

No.  You can not submit multiple receipts for the same day.  You would need to send in the receipt with the greatest of amount of Retail Merchandise purchases for that one day.

Where do I mail my coupons and receipts?

Please mail your ORIGINAL receipts and coupons for the same month printed on your coupon to :

What types of Retail Merchandise can I collect receipts for?

Each original receipt you submit from you Retail Store / Chain of choice MUST be comprised of retail merchandise sold by that store but cannot be for any type of food (packaged or prepared).

What happens if I don't spend $100 in Retail Merchandise in a calendar month?

Then you would not be issued your $20 VISA® Gift Card for that month, The underwriters of the program require that we submit all original retail purchases receipts each calendar month and therefore you cannot combine 2 months of receipts to submit them as one.  You must spend at least $100 on retail purchases per month.

Do the receipts have to be mailed in by a certain date?

Yes, the specific months coupon along with the ORIGINAL receipts need to be sent and postmarked by the 15th day of the month the following month printed on the coupon.  For example the July coupon and original receipts (dated for the month of July) need to be sent and postmarked by August 15th.

What if I spend more than the minimum on Retail Merchandise per month?  If I spend twice the minimum amount of $100 will I double my reward?

Sorry – it doesn't work that way.  The requirement of $100 in retail merchandise receipts is is a minimum.  If you go over a $100 of these accepted receipts it does not increase your reward.

Can the $20 VISA® Gift Cards you receive be used to purchase part of the next months $100 in retail merchandise?

Yes, actually they can.

If I get two certificates can I activate them both at the same time and get a $40 VISA® gift card instead of a $20 VISA® gift card?

No, we can only issue ONE VISA® Gift Card for $25 per household during the same redemption period.

Why can't I change the brand of Retail Store / Chain I choose after I register?

Because this consumer incentive program is designed around brand loyalty, It’s like you choosing a grocery store because their customer loyalty cards give you great discounts.

What happens if the brand of Retail Store / Chain I want to use is NOT on your list?

Then simply choose “Other” and type the brand in the box next to that.

Can I buy more Retail Merchandise certificates directly from you?

No, you cannot BUY a Retail Merchandise certificate.  They are not meant to be sold to consumers.  They can only be used to as gifts of giveaways from a business or organization.  To get more Retail Merchandise Certificates try asking the business or organization you received your certificates from to offer a new promotion.
